Privacy policy

Steel Erectors AV LLC is a metal building erection contractor based in Houston, Texas, working across Texas and Florida. This policy covers this website only.

If you fill in the quote request form, we collect the name, phone number, email address, project location and description you enter. That is all the form asks for.

We do not run analytics, advertising or tracking scripts on this site, and we do not set cookies of our own.

Only to respond to your enquiry and to quote the work. We do not sell, rent or share your details with anyone for marketing, and we will not add you to a mailing list.

A submitted quote request is sent to a workflow system operated on our behalf by our web contractor, EB DevTech, where it is stored and forwarded by email to the owners. It is not sent anywhere else.

The quote form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a submission comes from a person rather than a bot. To do this, Cloudflare processes limited technical information about your browser and connection. Cloudflare acts as our processor for this; see Cloudflare's own privacy documentation for details.

This site is also served through Cloudflare, which handles the domain and the connection to your browser.

Quote requests are kept for as long as needed to respond and, where the work goes ahead, for the business records that follow. If you would rather we deleted your enquiry, ask and we will.

You can ask us what enquiry details we hold about you, ask us to correct them, or ask us to delete them. Contact us using the details below and we will deal with it.
