Safety & certifications
Certified crews, documented safety
Safety is the first thing a general contractor checks and the last thing we cut. Here is exactly what our crews carry onto your site.
“When a crew shows up with the harness and the hard hat, everyone knows you’re serious.”
Credentials
What our crews hold
Training cards are issued to individuals, not companies — so this is what the people on your site actually carry.
Safety training
- OSHA 10Construction safety & health
- OSHA 30Construction safety & health
Certified equipment operators
- TelehandlerCertified operators
- Boom liftCertified operators
- Scissor liftCertified operators
On every job
Mandatory PPE, no exceptions
- Hard hats on every crew member, every job
- Full-body fall-protection harnesses for all work at height
- Hi-vis vests so crews stay visible to equipment operators
- Eye and hand protection appropriate to the task
Steel erection is fall-exposed work by definition. Our crews are tied off at height as a condition of being on the site, not as a preference — a crew member without protection does not go up.

Documented
Safety meetings on site
Crews hold documented safety meetings on site, covering the specific hazards of that building and that day's sequence — not a generic checklist read out once at mobilisation.
The record matters as much as the meeting. If your safety manager needs documentation for a site file, we can supply it.
Prequalification
Documentation for your vendor file
We supply the paperwork general contractors need to add us to an approved vendor list. Ask and we will send it the same day.
